Payments and Policies
We make purchasing a murphy bed from us as easy as possible. Once you have chosen your murphy bed and / or murphy bed project, you can use our simple online ordering process. Because a majority of our murphy beds are built to order per your selections, Bedder Way carries certain policies that our customers need to be aware of. Below you will find information that will help you understand the requirements for purchasing, returning, if damage occurs during shipping, and other typical purchasing policies. Payment Options
- We accept all major credit and debit cards available today.
- Personal Check payments can only be placed by calling us at our toll-free number 1-866-783-5105.
- All orders place by Credit Card will immediately be placed in our production schedule. Checks or Money Orders will only be placed in our production schedule once received.

Cancellation and Return Policy
Built to Order Beds & Cabinets
- All cancelled orders will be charged a $50.00 cancellation/ processing fee. This fee will be withheld from your refund.
- Once you have placed your order, you have 5 business days to cancel to receive a full refund minus the $50.00 processing fee.
- After 5 business days 35% of the product total will be withheld from any refund. All beds are built to order.
- After the bed has shipped 35% of the product total and ALL shipping costs incurred by Bedder Way will be withheld from the refund. Any shipping promotion used when placing the order is void if product is returned/canceled. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping expenses as a result of order cancelation/return.
- Product must return in original packaging. No returns 30 days after delivery.
- All mattress sales are final.
Discounted Beds
- All cancelled orders will be charged a minimum of $50.00 cancellation/processing fee and will be withheld from your refund.
- After the bed has shipped 15% of the product total and ALL shipping costs incurred by Bedder Way will be withheld from the refund. Any shipping promotion used when placing the order is void if product is returned/canceled. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping expenses as a result of order cancelation/return.
- Product must return in original packaging. No returns 30 days after delivery.
- All mattress sales are final.
Shipping Damage
- It is the customers responsibility to open and inspect all boxing and pieces for damage.
- Curbside & Threshold Deliveries:
Shipping company liability extends 24 hours after delivery for customer convenience. Damage must be reported to Bedder Way within 24 hours of delivery. Damage noted after 24 hours is at customer's expense.
Box / Piece Dimensions
- Warning: If you are purchasing a QUEEN SIZE wall bed, the largest piece of the project is a little larger than the size of a QUEEN SIZE BOX SPRING (this is an example). The overall dimensions are 83" x 63" x 9". The overall box dimensions is 87" x 67" x 11". Make sure you can get this piece into your home/apartment/building up or down your stairs by placing it on its side.
Information Inaccuracy Disclaimer
- The prices displayed on our Web Site or in our catalog are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.
- From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our catalog that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. The Bedder Way Co. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Replacement Parts
- Replacement parts due to shipping damage (properly notated on the delivery receipt) will be sent as soon as possible.*overnight shipping not available.*
- Any replacement parts needed outside of properly notated damage or warranty issue will be at the customer's expense.
- Bedder Way is not responsible for hired labor.
Cabinet Beds
- All cancelled orders will be charged a minimum of $50.00 cancellation/processing fee and will be withheld from your refund.
- After the bed has shipped 15% of the product total and any shipping costs incurred will be withheld from any refund.
- No returns 30 days after delivery. Product must return in original packaging.
Warranty
- We offer a 10-year warranty on all mechanical parts. This includes all plates, screws, and gas springs. (Only applies to Murphy beds not Cabinet beds)
- Warranty only applies to the original owner.
- Bedder Way is not responsible for hired labor.
- 1 year warranty on Cabinet Bed and Cabinet Mattress against manufacturer's defects.
Shipping Disclosures
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not serviced by our shipping provider.
