Refund policy

Cancellations/Returns:

 

 Build-To-Order Beds (beds built from customer’s choice of options that follow our estimated lead-times):

 

  • A processing fee of 3.5% of the order total will be withheld from any canceled order within 5 business days of order date.  
  • After 5 business days, 35% of the product total will be withheld from any refund. All beds are built to order.
  • After the order has shipped, 35% of the product total and ALL shipping costs incurred by Bedder Way will be withheld from the refund. Any shipping promotion used when placing the order is void if product is returned/canceled. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping expenses as a result of order cancelation/return.
  • No returns 30 days after delivery. Product must return in original packaging, and any damage found on the product during the return inspection will be withheld from any refund. 
  • All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded.

 

Beds listed on our Discount Page:

 

  • A processing fee of 3.5% of the order total will be withheld from any canceled order up until it is shipped. 
  • After the order has shipped, 15% of the product total and ALL shipping costs incurred by Bedder Way will be withheld from the refund. Any shipping promotion used when placing the order is void if product is returned/canceled. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping expenses as a result of order cancelation/return.
  • No returns 30 days after delivery. Product must return in original packaging, and any damage found on the product during the return inspection will be withheld from any refund. 
  • All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded.


Order Changes

  • Order changes are permitted until production is scheduled. Once production is scheduled, any changes will result in a cancelled order and subject to applicable cancellation fees.

  • If an order change results in a partial refund, 3.5% of the refunded amount will be withheld from the refund to cover processing fees from the original transaction.


Shipping Disclaimer:

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that are not serviced by our shipping provider. 
  • If shipping provider is unable to contact customer for delivery, the order will be returned to Bedder Way at the customer's expense. The returned shipment will be held by Bedder Way for a maximum of 30 days. If customer contacts Bedder Way within 30 days of the return, the order can be reshipped for an additional fee. After 30 days, the order will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation fees listed herein.
  • Deliveries typically occur on the date scheduled with the freight provider.  However, we recommend waiting until AFTER delivery has occurred before hiring someone to assist with your order, as delays can occur. Neither Bedder Way nor shipping provider is responsible for hired labor due to incident or delayed delivery.
