Delivery Options:

 

Curbside Delivery

 

Delivery made by one man at the end of the residential driveway (or in front of a city building), typically with the assistance of a lift gate vehicle. The driver is not responsible for bringing items into the house, building, garage, etc. ***Drivers may not be able to enter a customer's driveway.***

 

Threshold Delivery

 

Two Man Delivery Team will unload your items and carry them inside, placing them in the first dry interior area available, usually in the garage or front entry. The Delivery Team does not climb any flight of stairs (unless a few steps to the front door), unpack, assemble, or remove debris. Threshold delivery may not be available in some areas.

 

INSTALLATION REMINDER… 

 

The delivery company does not offer installation.  Our beds are designed to be installed by virtually any two people with a few common household tools.  Installation does not require a professional.  However, if you choose to hire someone to install your bed and/or workstation, Neither Bedder Way nor shipping provider are responsible for any lost time or installation/uninstallation fees due to missing parts and/or delivery delays.  We recommend you wait until after delivery is complete before scheduling any hired help for installation.
